1. Click on "Tools" in the menu bar
2. Under Tools, select "Internet Options"
3. In Internet Options, click on the "Privacy" tab.
4. Under "Settings", move the slider to "Medium" for the Internet zone.
5. Click on the "Advanced" button to ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is not checked. If you wish to override the default setting, make sure that you select "Always allow session cookies".
6. Click OK.

We have been in contact with Microsoft regarding a variety of problems. Unfortunately, there seems to be an ongoing issue with how WebTV/MSNTV handles cookies, which they are currently working on. Cookies are supposed to be supported, but you do not have the capability to enable or disable, thus no instructions.

There is little we can do on this end. You should make sure you have the most recent software, and contact WebTV directly for additional assistance.
